Not only do we pride ourselves on giving personal and professional advice, we also back all our installations with a 3-year Pazazz service warranty. This means no matter what you have installed by us, we will cover you for any service call fees 3 years from installation in the case of any faults from manufacturing to installation. We promise to give you the best customer experience from start to finish.

We are proud to support local businesses while we ensure 95% of our products are locally produced here in Australia. For any products made outside of Australia, we put in place strict processes and practices to ensure that they not only meet Australian Standards but will exceed your expectations.

However, once you’ve chosen the right blinds for you, we will guide you through the design, supply, and installation process. It’s our goal to make the process painless for our customers – we’ll do all the heavy lifting!

One of our experienced design consultants will come to your home or business at a convenient time and take precise measurements of the area. Your design requirements and measurements will then be sent to one of our factories across Australia and Asia, where your blinds will be custom-made to fit the space.

When the time comes for installation, one of our professional installers will be on hand to make sure the blinds look and function as well as you hoped.

It depends on the kind of blinds you choose for your home or business, varying from 3 to 25 years depending on the product. Plus, when you choose Pazazz, we also include our 3-year service warranty which covers you for any faults due to manufacturing or installation regardless of the product – we will come out to fix it and you won’t be charged.
